The TX3440 is practical and versitile. Through rugged construction, enhanced features and performance, the TX3440 rewrites the the standard for 477 MHz radios. Easy installation in any vehicle with GMEs unique full function LCD Microphone .

In addition, the TX3440 can be installed into a standard in-dash DIN slot using the optional MBD001 DIN adapter kit.

Measuring just 128 mm wide x 117 mm long x 29 mm high (128 mm wide x 31 mm long x 29 mm for the remote head), the TX3440 is small in size but huge in performance and built to last. Add to that the 3 year GME warranty and you have a UHF transceiver that's unsurpassed in its category.

ADVANCED FEATURES

Programmable Scan Function
Scans up to 40 user programmable channels with both Group and Open scan functions available.
Quiet Mode
Selectable on individual channels, the Quiet mode prevents incoming signals from being heard on selected channels unless preceded by your selcall code.
Overvoltage Protection
Special overvoltage detection circuitry protects the radio and warns of excessive voltage conditions by flashing the display.
59 Extra User Programmable Listening Channels
The wide band receiver allows the user to program up to 59 listening channels anywhere within the range of 403-520 MHz using the front panel keys. A manual-scan feature makes it easy to locate and store active channels.
